way up; does anyone else have this problem? It really interferes with doing decent, clean work.

I hate it, but I just slide down the bench so it doesn't happen.

That sucks, but more importantly, some beast with great genetics just posted a pic...

yep and also throws you out of whack..it's a problem for people who bench and transfer the weight from above their chest to back over their heads to the shoulders during the press. Just gotta have someone spot you out and lay back farther down the bench. Nothing sucks more than running your bench into the bar on the way up and throwing off your lift.
