It's friday and I'll be training Back and Triceps.
What about you guys?
-
I'm watching the Ronnie chest/tricep day, then I'll be replicating it in the gym with about 1/5 of th weight.
-
Chest, biceps,abs and 45' cardio...

Chest, biceps, shoulders' middle section and abs.

Chest, shoulders and triceps.
wow three muscle groups? Isn't that a little bit to much?
I mean you bound to use the Tricpes while training chest and also a little while training for shoulders.
-
I think I'm going to do Legs.
My joints in my feet are killing me.
-
When I train chest, I prefer to do biceps. I never felt that you use triceps as much as the anterior delt when you train chest. So I like to do the lateral head of the soulder too. But I'll do the rear head with the back workout.

So that would make the workout shorter right? ;)

1 hr of swimming this morning and a 45 min run tonight.

well depends how many sets and reps your going for
depends on:

- chosen exercises

Oh i wish you all the best with that, I'm very much into the Outdoor acitvities as in hiking, bushcrafting and so on.
I have done some gruling hiking trips and recently a trip with a 30kg backpack for 60 km, something you will probably
know already the Royal Marines have to do as a test in 1 day :D
How old are you?

Is that even possible? *well it must be - I was always under the impression that you have server with the basic Army first and than
can apply for the Royal marines.
How do you prepare yourself physicaly? have you seen the program about the whole weeks of training I think it was on BBC? man if
you get accepted you are deffiantly looking at combat soon,

No prior experience needed - they take you straight from civvy street.
I've been training hard since last summer: Lots of circuit training, running and swimming. I also had to pass a four day selection course (Potential Royal Marine Course) to get on to recruit training. I should pass out in April and then it's straight to Afghan we've been told.

Pretty much. Starting wage is twelve thousand pounds, going up to fifteen upon gaining your green beret.
The thing is that Law is an undergraduate degree here in the UK, so I'd have another three years to go.
