And if he really did enter he will find a result to pull out as soon he hears there is more than 1 other entrant in his class. Someone that lives by this show better go to the show and record as much as possible cause it will be a huge hit on Youtube.

Vince deserves everything he gets. He is truly the only person on here who deserves to be treated like he does. I have fun doing it. ANd to tell you the truth Vince is very good at fighting his own battles. He is used to it. I am horrible at it cause I am not a talker. I usually get things done by doing not talking. But, in this case I can only talk. So I do. And it improves my typing skills.

Look, the way I am normally is how I post on the History Board. I am not someone who makes fun of anyone. Anyone and everyone who knows me knows this. There is absolutely not one thing I would get positive out of making fun of someone. I don't need to do that or anything to make me feel better about myself. Even though I look like shit now and I barely get around, I still have some wits about me and I bring up my past and what I did because it is all I have had in the past several years that is worth talking about. Just now things are getting better for me physically and financially. I have never attacked anyone unless provoked first. I know somewhere down the line Vince must have did something to set me off cause I know we started off okay. Same with Candizzle and whoever else. I know I talk about myself in the past way to much but like I said my past is all I have to talk about right now. Once I get back in shape and I get my strength back then I will post videos of me benching 405 for 10 or BNP 315 for reps. But till then all I can do is talk and I am not the best at that. Like I said I was a doer not a talker. For some reason I let you guys get to me and I ain't sure why except I know you are right because I am a fat slob. But, I have to go with the flow till I am able to do in the gym what I used to do. Till then I come on here and get the shit kicked out of me verbally. But, I know it could never happen physically. So, there you have it. My excuse for being an asshole to Vince and others. Of course I am expecting the normal meltdown now. But that never bothered me. I think that is very funny. Cause I have been through a lot of shit that makes what happens on this board worth absolutely nothing. So, saying I melted down is funny.

Several of the dudes here try to keep the place honest. When a genuine wannabe is delusional it is the duty of the forum to wake him up. That is what happened to your pal, Melvin Goodrum. He, too, posted a photo to support his stature and has been a laughing stock ever since. No matter what anyone says to Melvin he still bullshits all day long and then gets up on stage to show his Munzer-like conditioning. The guy is a genetic freak because he was born with no shame whatsoever! His physique has potential but no one has seen what it could be in a bodybuilding contest.
Who else but Melvin would post that he got an online Doctorate in Metaphysics? What a joke. The dude has no clue about much then tries to impress us that he has some advanced university degree. The truth is he paid a fee to some obscure religious "college" to get that "degree". It is about as valuable as the information Melvin posts here about training.
So, if you are like Goodrum and Danielson and haven't paid your dues in the Irongame then you should proceed on this forum with your hat in your hand and your tail between your legs because you have nothing physique-wise that is outstanding. This is the GET BIG forum not a hangout for guys who look like swimmers and aerobic nuts.
Onlyme doesn't have to justify himself to the countless nobodies on this forum. Few of you guys will ever do a bench press with 300 pounds. So don't go trying to put shit on guys who have done over 400. If someone like Keith has done well over 500 pounds on the bench you should show a lot of respect.
I see so many wannabes training in gyms and very, very few ever achieve much re strength and muscular size. This internet crap doesn't make you equal just because you are a bored businessman with time to kill.
You know, I hear all the boasts about what beginners and novices are going to do in the gym. Well, I have always told them I wasn't going to be holding the bars down so what is stopping them from showing us some great results?
