Ha! Well, You're being a bit harsh. He may not be bodybuilder huge, but he would stand out in any crowd as someone that works out/lifts - and not in a dilettantish manner, neither. On your side, from what I can see, is a sizable arm but with absolutely no definition. It could be a pic of some granny's arm. Losing a few pounds and increasing your definition would vastly help in these all important internet credibility wars. :)

If you lost 40 pounds you'd still have 32,5 pounds of fat on your body @ 220 pounds (given that you started from 260 @ your estimate of 28% bf). That would put you at 14,7% bodyfat. When did 14,7% BF = contest shape?
You are hoovering at about 30% bf there, at the ridiculous height of 5'4. Your "10%BF" calculation relies on the premise that you'd not lose any muscle size or water going down. Who are you kidding? You'd be happy to reach 10% BF at 200.
Then, to go further, you'd not be anywhere close to competition shape at 200. You'd probably have to lose at least 75 - 90 pounds to come close to competition shape realistically speaking. That would take you over 1 year drug free if you were to maintain your mass. At sub 200 pounds, you'd not look much bigger than XFACTOR, and it's pretty clear from the pictures that you're one ugly SOB.
So, as long as your fantasy of an alternate reality where you are something you are clearly not makes you happy, then by all means indulge yourself in it. But the reality is that you're a fat fuck that would look way smaller and be at a way lower weight shredded than you'd ever dream of being in. And you'd probably look like a pale dwarf version of Ronald McDonald next to Xfactor.

You are hoovering at about 30% bf there, at the ridiculous height of 5'4. Your "10%BF" calculation relies on the premise that you'd not lose any muscle size or water going down. Who are you kidding? You'd be happy to reach 10% BF at 200.
Then, to go further, you'd not be anywhere close to competition shape at 200. You'd probably have to lose at least 75 - 90 pounds to come close to competition shape realistically speaking. That would take you over 1 year drug free if you were to maintain your mass. At sub 200 pounds, you'd not look much bigger than XFACTOR, and it's pretty clear from the pictures that you're one ugly SOB.
So, as long as your fantasy of an alternate reality where you are something you are clearly not makes you happy, then by all means indulge yourself in it. But the reality is that you're a fat fuck that would look way smaller and be at a way lower weight shredded than you'd ever dream of being in. And you'd probably look like a pale dwarf version of Ronald McDonald next to Xfactor.

I've been impressed with XFactor's body before. He swam against the Getbig tide and was humble enough to say he didn't think he was muscular (or somesuch thing ... I can't remember the specifics).
I told him otherwise ;) He has a fantastic physique and is definitely good enough to model or, in contest condition, place well in or win local NPC shows.
But some of y'all are being way too hard on Johnny. If that pic shows his arm stretching the tape to 21", he is a VERY heavily muscled guy even if he is carrying bodyfat. Just saw this pic again in another thread. There's no way that's a 21" arm, especially if this guy is 5'4". Almost zero tricep, a little bicep, but that's it. Yo "johnny", if you're gonna bullshit about arm size, do it on a site where there aren't dudes with legit 20+ in arms ::)

One of the best things I love about Getbig is calling out bullshit claims. I miss SF for that :/ Anyone who's been here for more than a week knows better than to go and make bullshit claims about their stats.

hahah at this is just so odd to me. Weird I don't think I've ever been called a skinny swimmer before. I had to come to getbig for that. By no means am I some great genetic anomaly or a gifted bodybuilder for that matter. Just love to train my ass off 6 days a week and eat good healthy food.
Also just to clarify something here as well. I DO NOT make even close to a million dollars a year, I do quite well and live a very nice life, but don't make near that kind of money. Didn't want to come across as building myself up more than what I am.

I don't agree with the X being a swimmer stuff but I'm amazed people can tell so much from a piss poor pic like Johnny's. There is no definition in the pic itself so it follows there wouldn't be in the arm.
