Let me tell you, I know much about real estate , especially in California and Jonny Vegas is quite right; that 'house' is nothing for Canada. It looks like a strange combination of cheap, new built annexes. There does not actually appear to be a 'house' . It is just a ghastly collection of sheds and green cardboard boxes all erected in some random fashion. it also look extremely dark and gloomy, as if in the middle of a forest, or out of the light from another building. Anyone who think this is an expensive property for Canada is clearly deluded. The money of that house would not buy you anything in Cali, nothing much in Las Vegas also.
So yes, he spend some money on a car and buy a Rolex . I think he should have saved it and invested it in a decent house that will appreciate. In real estate his 'house' (cardboard box annex) would at best be called 'unusual'. Very often these types of people are working like crazy just to make payments as they extend themself.
Again, that weird construction he calls a house is not expensive or valuable. When you consider it Canada, it is truly nothing at all friends.

I think it's both. I think an original, older property has been renovated and some newer outbuildings have been constructed. That's what it looks like to me.
The entire property when I bought it consited of a 2,200 square foot home and a 900 square ft stable. We completely renovated both. We turned the stable into a loft apartment first, then we lived in that for six months while we were doing the house, addition, and putting the pool in.
We've kept the old world feel to it just reno'ed everything. It's awesome for entertaining as well. We have great little parties.

Like I said previously, we entertain a lot and it's great to not worry about people complaining. Even though we do get that.
We paid a premium not so much for the home we were getting but for that land.

I'd disagree. My new house here is in Canada and I don't live in the "upper spadina" in Toronto or Vancouver, it's worth 355k and it isnt as big as Xfactor's, nor does it have a swimming pool like his. I would guess his to be 600k+

Not sure why you find that so hard to believe. I never even claimed it to be an expensive one, I think it's average TBH - just somewhere I'll stay for the next four years or so before upgrading again. Since you don't believe me, I'm posting an MLS link for a house that is basically identical to mine and in the same city as well. Asking price is 380k, which reinforces that I got mine at a good deal :)

As much as I have traveled I don't think it is a big thing to talk about. Sooner or later everyone travels somewhere. I have traveled a lot but rarely was it on my dime. It was others paying for me to be there. I got to do a lot of things none of you will ever do but as much as it sound like I brag on here or talk a lot about it, it isn't 1/10 of things I have done. But like most of you tell me, that is in the past so who cares. But when you are in the position I am currently in (even though it is getting everyday) sometimes the past is all you got. And to tell you truth I would rather have my past than most of what you guys go going now. For the certain guys on here who rag on me, considering where you are now at your age and where I was at your age, your life looks really really sad and hopeless. Plus, my near future looks to be 1000 times more rewarding both financially and physically than my past.
In regards to XFactor, at first when he started talking about his possessions and showing pics of what he has it was a little annoying to me. But, in reality he is very successful, obviously is in good shape, I like his house especially how much greenery is around it and the old style. And most important he might brag a little but he actually backs up what he says, unlike most others on here who just talk shit but never post a pic or anything. So he gets much respect for that. He basically is owning JohnnyVegas who has yet to post a pic of himself except for a Squadfatherisque type of photo showing a pretty fat arm that looks like shit. I may be in really bad shape now but once everything comes together I will have no problem posting pics of me or videos of me training. Where was Getbig in the 70's, 80's and early 90's.

My home on the other hand is relatively middle-class, although it's less common for younger single people like me to live alone in a middle-class home. I wasn't trying to brag or claim to be wealthy when I posted that pic, the post was to put house values in perspective becuase "no one" said that homes in Canada top out at 350k ::) ...so I was like, that's about what my house is worth and its nowhere near high-end. Since he still didn't believe me I then searched and posted an MLS link of an identical home worth around the same.

I guess it depends on how you define upper class, if you consider it to only be filthy rich, with owning a mansion worth well into the millions, several exotic cars, private jet, net worth in the tens of millions, etc then yeah you can say "X factor isnt upper class."
The way I look at it upper class is above what the majority of people can afford, so anything above average I consider upper class.

On a materialistic basis I would say that his lifestyle would be in the middle echelons of the middle classes - a great place to be.
However, it's hard to judge..PDiddy has the planes and flash cars but is most certainly not upper class. Maybe in North America the criteria are different.

calories will be enough to supply my body with the protein it needs to grow, and just enough fats/ carbs for my body to spare the conversion of protein for energy, so gains will be lean.
250 mg sustanon with 200 mg deca eod.
250 enanthate with 100mg fina eod.
based on 12 weeks, so dosages divided by the week are 1750 mg of test a week, 750 mg of deca a week, and 350 mg of fina a week.
