X factor, based on those pic's and dimensions you posted your house is definitely worth north of 500k depending on how the market is at the time of sale so props to you, bobs when do I get the invite to the house party?

The moron who does not believe what the true value of your house is obviously living on rent. Epic lack of understanding of finances by claiming that a 350k house is somehow expensive, that price buys you a nice middle class house in a middle class neighbourhood which is exactly what bobs has. Housing prices in Canada have not suffered as much as the prices in the US where due to the mortgage meltdown you can buy a 700k home for 300k.

ag2 laying the smack down. Funny the one dude on here asked me to give him my address so he could run it to see what is was worth. And these are the same guys ripping on me for posting pics. They obviously have no cluse how to use MLS. That tells you what my house would be worth.

Owning a porsche, large house, and frequently travelling around the world is above middle class.

My home on the other hand is relatively middle-class, although it's less common for younger single people like me to live alone in a middle-class home. I wasn't trying to brag or claim to be wealthy when I posted that pic, the post was to put house values in perspective becuase "no one" said that homes in Canada top out at 350k

...so I was like, that's about what my house is worth and its nowhere near high-end. Since he still didn't believe me I then searched and posted an MLS link of an identical home worth around the same.
