Im 6,1, 230 been training for about 8 years and recently I cant see any dramatic gains like I did in the first 8 years.Im a bit bigger than X-factor and he seems to have maxed out too so I dont much headroom anymore.So I'm wondering now if its time to turn to the 'Darkside' ;) .I think I'd blow up on a small cycle as I have always responded well to changes in routines and diet etc.Im just a little worried about sides :(

before this thread gets too negative lets me say this..
clearly you have never commited fullly to a training and diet plan in those 8 years. Why not ask someone here to prepare a diet plan for you, mix in cardio and heavy weights and see what happens. Honestly you look like you have never walked into a gym before.

you look like you have never worked out..you have may have gained 50lb but probably 7.5lb of that is muscle the rest is fat

You are incorrect. I never have and never would do d-bol. The test and winny I did for 6 weeks almost two years ago, it gave me flu like symptoms though, and it wasn't fun.

There is nothing wrong with dbol. Very quickly a serious trainer will need to use some AAS. I was not being critical of you using. To me, I find naturals hard to take very seriously as they usually look like shit and think they do something noble when in fact sensible use of steroids can be beneficial in all ways.

LOL I hate to be so brutal, but this is pretty much true. You can look pretty good as a natural, but 9/10 people will NOT. It's the honest truth, eh... you cannot have a physique that looks outstanding without taking exogenous hormones and drugs. But you can look pretty darned good without. You just won't turn many heads.

You have great body but i strongly believe that you could achive your level of body with natural state too.
The gear makes you a slave. You must do it forever to maintain that level and being afraid of side effect.
But if you are natural, its all yours. You can get it back whenever you want.
I truly believe that you can do it.

It is my understanding that on its own - ie with no steroids at all - it is almost useless and the results are disappointing. It is certainly worth trying. With the test, I don't see any harm in anyone experimenting with smallish amounts and getting a helping hand. It does not have to be extreme necessarily. I mean, we know that at 30 and 40 the levels drop dramatically so why would it be so terrible and dangerous to use a little to bring it up and maybe a bit beyond what it was when were 18? It is just hysteria that prevents people from doing so and thinking this is a dangerous thing to do.
If you do try GH then you should definitely use some aas alongside.

True, I do have an understanding that test needs to be combined. As much as I worrry about shutting myself down, (test levels) does it really, matter I'm an old man anyway ;D at 31.

growth just makes u look better, fuller and vascular at low bodyfat... i wouldnt say it does much for size, and nothing u gain is perminant... and igf-1 is only good for pumps... thats my experiences on them
