Im 6,1, 230 been training for about 8 years and recently I cant see any dramatic gains like I did in the first 8 years.Im a bit bigger than X-factor and he seems to have maxed out too so I dont much headroom anymore.So I'm wondering now if its time to turn to the 'Darkside' .I think I'd blow up on a small cycle as I have always responded well to changes in routines and diet etc.Im just a little worried about sides
You have more muscle than Xfactor but are at a higher bodyfat. He is 4% and you are about 8%.
This is either a gimmick. Or you are delusional to compare yourself to XFACTOR.
I keep saying this and I'm quite aware that I'm massifly stroking your balls here but that is pretty much the physique I'm striving for... probably never reach it but the dream is part of this sport
Neither of us are that low by your right I do hold more muscle, just need to step up the cardio for a few weeks and dial in the diet.

yep the diet is pretty much the problem right there but i'm also not that big.... at least that's what i believe
Xfactor is definitely single digit and your are between 8- 12% bodyfat. You have bigger chest, arms and neck. Cut and then concentrate on strength and condition for as a natty you won't be able to pack more muscle onto that frame.
