Im 6,1, 230 been training for about 8 years and recently I cant see any dramatic gains like I did in the first 8 years.Im a bit bigger than X-factor and he seems to have maxed out too so I dont much headroom anymore.So I'm wondering now if its time to turn to the 'Darkside' .I think I'd blow up on a small cycle as I have always responded well to changes in routines and diet etc.Im just a little worried about sides
before this thread gets too negative lets me say this..clearly you have never commited fullly to a training and diet plan in those 8 years. Why not ask someone here to prepare a diet plan for you, mix in cardio and heavy weights and see what happens. Honestly you look like you have never walked into a gym before.

Im actually bigger than X-factor, his tan, maybe a few % bodyfat and the fact he unloads water for his pics maybe make him look bigger than he is, Ive gained about 50 pounds since I started lifting 8 years ago.
