I follow the SAME EXACT DIET pretty much. We eat whatever we want. Whenever we want. We prefer Whoppers to your retarded chicken breasts. hahahah

If you know what you are doing, you can eat like this everyday. Too easy.
Its really the absolute best way to diet and its also perfect for naturals.

i remember reading he eats a high fat, high protein diet...he says he can eat fast food a lot...so u are right

I will duplicate or go beyond this conditioning by the way.
Getting lean on Whoppers, Fruit and Doughnuts is always easy and enjoyable.

Of course I am right.
Carbs and Fat sources dont matter at all when you are dieting. Get them anywhere and anyway you can.
Keep high Protien and you are golden. Bodybuilding is a laughable joke my friend. At least the "difficulty" factor is.

Nobody has it patented, however I was the first to bring it here. I have revised them a bit and that is these are parts of it you and nobody else knows.
If you know anything about Naturals, they only get better with age. Kane is 40 years old. At 40 if you remain natural, you will look phenomenal as Mr. Sumabat does.

I actually eat alot worse then that, but only 2 days a week, 5 days clean, 2 days free for all, I think it's good for the mind as well as the body!

from what I understand this is no different than any other diet that focuses on calorie counting..can you say Jenny Craig

Jenny Craig is probably a better approach than any bodybuilder musters up. Just add a bit more protein to Jenny Craigs diet or Weight Watchers and that would work also.
I`d rather eat whatever I want, then follow a plan though. That is more ideal, refreshing and simple with optimum results.

I agree unless your really training for something serious like the Olympia, I think it actually helps progress, although you have to know if your overdoing it, I make sure that at no point winter or summer that I can still atleast see definition in my abs, if I don't then I need to clean it up for a while until I get back on point.

fats give you the energy to work out all day if thats what u want to do
latley the high carbs seem to be putting on the muscle at the same time not getting any fatter im eating about 2.5 boxes of cereal so far today and plenty of bananas before a good run seems to bring out the conditioning
but when i have fats in my diet my bodyfat doesnt change much going up or down but i have ample energy
also Kane being 40 hes going to have ALOT more muscle maturity and viens showing
hell of an inspiration dude looks 19

Yeah I love cereal too, I place my cheat days one right in the middle of the week and one at the end, it this sort of supercharges me, instead of the usually approach of dieting all week and waiting till the weekend to cheat away..

Bodybuilders even don`t eat fruit, although they have no basis at all for doing so. You can eat whatever you want 7 days a week and still procure the same results.

I hear you bro, but some foods I feel will give you optimal results, atleast thats what I've been learning. Trust me man, I'm Italian and I eat a ton of foods that are "non-productive" bodybuilding foods and since cleaning up my diet I have seen tremendous results, but I would never deprive myself of something I crave.
