This year Paco is my trainer and we shoot for the next spring again.

About my pecs, when it pump up it looks quite good and Paco dont consider it as a weak point.

Back press I used to train with 100kg. But now 70kg.
Triceps is strong as hell as you said.I can lying triceps extension with 90kg 6 reps when i psych out.

And when they stop it, they shrink a lot......

Well thats true if your on ALL the time like pros.
But if you do a 12 week cycle you will probably keep 85+% of the gains.

Last year yes. He was around 95kg and he was in decent shape.
But,before, he used to get fat a lot and went up like 110kg. And went down to 83kg waterly physic.
So nobody shouldnt be fat before the preparation..

Nothing is wrong or correct.
But many young people died with it was some time just sad.

In any way, ending your life yourself is fleeing the problem.

If you have a painful, debilitating illness and you have tried everything, what is wrong with euthanasia? It is easy to make such claims when one is perfectly healthy...

Oh my friend, Dont get us wrong. We are not the catholics.
We have never said that the suicide was wrong.
Evrything is beyond correct or wrong.
Just we say we had better if we can avoid.
And better respect the death.
The death is not a sad thing. To the contrary, the complete spiritual death is the MOST BEAUTIFUL THING is this universe.

That, Donkeykong, is not an argument. So you see no problem with people spending say 10 years of extremely painful existence on machines, stuck in a hospital, just waiting for an end to the pain, rather than being compassionate and ending the pain in order to prevent further suffering. Shouldn't concern for suffering be the major issue here?

Is not an argument for what?

I am not saying suicide is "bad" or "good" i just say it's a way of fleeing the problem.

No matter if it's being love sick, dishonored by a spilled cup of tea or 20 years of cancer.

I agree with you here. I also believe that suicide is an viable option for some (all?). When life becomes more of struggle than an enjoyment, why prolong it? People will say 'oh, that's selfish, etc.' but I don't agree.

Well, put that way, anything is a way of fleeing a problem; working is a way of fleeing from the likelihood of homelessness, sleeping is flight from exhaustion, eating is flight from starvation, etc.

Would you under any circumstances ever consider taking your life?

Donkey said its OK and Nothing wrong with freeing himself with problem.
And like or not, any solution is freeing "himself" from the problem.
