Wahahahahha. Interesting. Bench press is miserable. I train with 80kg.
Back press I used to train with 100kg. But now 70kg.
Triceps is strong as hell as you said.I can lying triceps extension with 90kg 6 reps when i psych out.
But Paco prohibit me to do it. So no more.
