ok, that picture is gay as hell but

You have great arms in a side chest but they look smaller in a front double bicep
Your chest needs to grow and your rear delt (as u already know)

Wahahahahha. Interesting. Bench press is miserable. I train with 80kg.
Back press I used to train with 100kg. But now 70kg.
Triceps is strong as hell as you said.I can lying triceps extension with 90kg 6 reps when i psych out.
But Paco prohibit me to do it. So no more.

Yeah I'm in, havent had a drink in about 3 weeks now, eating clean and showing great progress, so it should be interesting come October...
