What about you?

What was your (10) form like if you are now currently a 7?

Probably a 10 for me as well. I'm heavier than I've ever been at this level of bodyfat - last time I was this weight (243lbs) my bodyfat was about 3% more than it is now.

I'd say 7

I know I can improve because I have been doing so gradually since I started lifting, and despite thinking at times that I couldn't I did, so..

315lb barbell incline presses for reps of 8.

465lb squats for reps of 8.

120lb dumbell shoulder presses for reps of 10.

Not too shabby. I guess I could go heavier but I'm too much about good form these days.  :)

7.5.

I think my friends and family members would have me closer to an 8 or even a 9, but I think I can do MUCH better. I've lost a lot of muscle mass but shed a lot of fat. I will just continue hitting the diet and training hard and make sure I never bulk up to disgustingly again. On my way to surpassing my previous best, that's for sure. 8)

Unfortunately not - I'm not in the habit of taking a video camera into Temple Gym and recording myself. I could do with putting up some recent photos of myself up though which are a tad easier to do.

Honestly I am about a 6. I train hard but I cheat way too much on my diet to make improvements fat loss wise. I am more muscular than before but more fat too which isn't worth it. I've been an 7.5-8 before but loss my focus for a while. My lack of willpower is sickening.  :-\  I promise myself I will reach an 8 or better by late spring. Motivation is the key.

i have a hard time believing those numbers from looking at you, you're a decent sized guy but look more like a 225 for 5-6 incline, 85 pound db's shoulder press and the squat i believe because squats are a movement lots of guys can handle decent weight on.

you could always prove me wrong by posting some clips, sorry but 315 for 8 incline would mean you could get 365 for 2 and that doesn't look like it's the case from looking at you, sorry man no offense just being honest.

I've seen some small guys put up some big numbers - so size doesn't always determine strength. I'll be honest for my size I'm not incredibly strong.

every once in awhile you'll see a guy who is small put up a big lift for 1 rep but 315 for 8 is a bodybuilding rep range and means that it is a fairly easy lift, i'm sorry but i'm skeptical.

when they don't appear to have the size and muscle to back them up, i ALWAYS give credit where it's due, if a guy is huge i give him his props and if a guy posts a clip proving a lift i give them their props.

Will be at my best at the end of this diet ,10 weeks, a full 20 pounds heavier then my previous best, as for my lifts, almost 4 weeks dieting on extremely low carbs and still managed 405 deadlift off the floor for 20 reps the other day, so I would say 10.

405 for 20 is impressive.

What is your offseason strength like?

What is your height and competition weight?

I started my diet at 250 at 5'8 or with shoes 5'9, I plan to come in at 210 but don't get me wrong i won't stop until I'm peeled regardless the weight, bench 500, I don't squat past 4 any more but I did 625 once, and I can dead 7 plates off the floor for a single.

315lb barbell incline presses for reps of 8.

465lb squats for reps of 8.

120lb dumbell shoulder presses for reps of 10.

Not too shabby. I guess I could go heavier but I'm too much about good form these days.  :)
good lifts man
i didn 315 on incline 4 reps...
today and it hurt ..
never being and incline bar guy
120 dumbell press very good

Again, define "best" shape. Just because you LOOK in shape doesn't necessarily mean your IN shape.

I have never done a barbell incline press in my life.

Been doing standing shoulder press so dont know what i can do shoulders.

Done 110s before easily so i guess 120s for 2-3 reps

500 pounds is a single or even 2 reps , I don't have a video of this but I'd prefer to do high reps , Im on a diet so obviously I wouldnt perform a single due risk, however anything in the multiple reps like dead with 4 plate per side or deep squats, my ass touching the ground deep, with 4 plates for 12, or even you try and figure out what kind of weight to reps would be accepted on pressing in place of my 500, be reasonable, and i will go to work and a week or 2, like the squad would say BOOOOOOOOM.

I'd say 4.

I would weigh much more, and be much stronger than I am now, if I wasn't dieting carefully.

I probably have 6 - 10 more years before reaching my my peak.

Amen.

I think that's one HUGE problem with bbers today.....they may look athletic, but they're not at all.

What's up with military people wearing their uniforms everywhere?  If they're on leave and attending an expo, why not just wear normal clothes?  It's almost a "hey, look at me!" thing.

They do it for the chicks man.

They're like off-duty firefighters.

Jonny Falcon dwarfs most on this board.

In real life the difference would be stark!
