What the point of lifting weights if you cheat yourself on form, shit i only bench 2 plates compared to some guys benching 4 plates with the spotter doing half the lifting.

this is the same form all the skinny kids would do on their bicep exercises in high school. They'd swing the weight around like a baseball bat and do biceps three times a week. When i was starting out lifting i began to wonder why the same guys didn't get any bigger...There's a guy where i go to school now, i call him and his friends the turd team, because they all used to do really bad form on exercises and didn't gain anything at all. From what i've seen now, they're doing better form on one or two exercises, but for the most part they're cheating themselves.
It always makes me laugh that these guys are going home so proud of themselves for lifting big weights, not thinking about the fact that they did it all wrong and couldn't possibly even lift half the weight they did correctly. This Mr. 3 x champion couldn't do 50s with correct form, i'd be willing to wager.

this is the same tool who talks big and claims that he trained Mark McGwire. He even put an annoying series of videos (most of which I could only get through 10-20 seconds of) during the height of the baseball steroid controversy and is all yap-yap-yapping like he's some insider.

This clown ain't horrifically outta shape or nothin, but c'mon.......c'mon!!! I'm guessin he's one of the "any press is good press" kinda guys. A "gym rat" poser-type who dates ugly bitches that constantly pump his ego and tell him how awesome he is. Probably trains in a gym where he's one of the biggest and baddest. Currently uses or has used drugs in the past, provides unsolicited advice to anyone in earshot and if forced to train properly (which would never happen) would cause his poundages to be cut in half.

Hey, if it's so easy then just post a video of you doing it...uh oh, exactly, you can't!
Here is another tip, take a barbell for curls with 95lbs and swing it, easy right? Now take it loaded with 225 and try swinging it, uh oh not going anywhere. Same thing with 100lb DB curls each arm fools. You can't cheat them, weight is too heavy. The weight moves you.
