this is the same form all the skinny kids would do on their bicep exercises in high school. They'd swing the weight around like a baseball bat and do biceps three times a week. When i was starting out lifting i began to wonder why the same guys didn't get any bigger...There's a guy where i go to school now, i call him and his friends the turd team, because they all used to do really bad form on exercises and didn't gain anything at all. From what i've seen now, they're doing better form on one or two exercises, but for the most part they're cheating themselves.
It always makes me laugh that these guys are going home so proud of themselves for lifting big weights, not thinking about the fact that they did it all wrong and couldn't possibly even lift half the weight they did correctly. This Mr. 3 x champion couldn't do 50s with correct form, i'd be willing to wager.
