Not the 21 I wanted but still alot!!! Was off from the gym all week with mom who had Heart Surgery this was my first day back and I am 5 pound lighter then last. Weighed in at 310 pounds.

150's and yeah I almost dropped the one in my lefthand, I kind of tweaked that shoulder a bit but nothing big.

I was talking about when laying down.. Mess it up and it could probaly ruin your shoulders for the rest of your life..

try Eagle Gym if you're ever in STL, theirs go up to 215.

The Powerhouse on Watson goes up to 200 as well, great gym...out of the way though

Yeah I'm cutting, the most I have done is 23 with my feet down for leg drive and 20 with feet up.
