LOL ive done it the "flex way" for a year until i realised i wasnt grower harder from it. protein is overrated anyway.
it doesnt have to be that difficult, we arent cutlers size anyway. just take 3 shakes outside a regular persons eat pattern and youll be fine.

I agree. I am also sick of the "if you miss ONE meal, you immediately LOSE muscle tissue!" thing. Sometimes I stop working out for months and eat crap and nothing dramatic happens.

Bodybuilding is very easy when you have good genetics and are a sound thinker. Basically, don't do anything that the mags are advocating and you will be alright. Supps and 20+ sets per bodypart are for those lacking critical thought or taking illegal chemicals.

cook in bulk and prepare many containers of the food. thats how bodybuilders do it. shakes for convenience when you are on the go..

If you're spending 2 hours a day preparing food then you're doing something wrong. Try to simplify your diet and buy pre-cooked meals or meals that don't require cooking. Also focus on quality over quantity of food if you find yourself forcing yourself to eat at each meal.
BTW, This isn't Gossip is it?
