LOL ive done it the "flex way" for a year until i realised i wasnt grower harder from it. protein is overrated anyway.it doesnt have to be that difficult, we arent cutlers size anyway. just take 3 shakes outside a regular persons eat pattern and youll be fine.
I agree. I am also sick of the "if you miss ONE meal, you immediately LOSE muscle tissue!" thing. Sometimes I stop working out for months and eat crap and nothing dramatic happens.

Bodybuilding is very easy when you have good genetics and are a sound thinker. Basically, don't do anything that the mags are advocating and you will be alright. Supps and 20+ sets per bodypart are for those lacking critical thought or taking illegal chemicals.
