Currently im having 30 grams of waxy maize starch with 10 grams EAA, 5 grams creatine and 3 grams beta alanine, followed by a whole food meal 45 minutes later.
Anyone else???

Like today I had my pwo "shake" then when i got home my girlfriend made me a stack of pancakes and a 12 oz steak :)

hahaha, yeah you can probably get away with the stack of pancakes with your metabolism, i eat top round steak almost every night as well, cheap and tastes awesome when it's cooked rare or medium rare.

flexington, do you recommend beta alanine? I've been thinking of trying it. Do you take it with creatine preworkout too?

Right now I only do a shake pre-workout. Post workout I go right to meat+veggies.
When you say "10 g EAA" do you actually buy the EAA powder, or are you using 10 grams of a quality whey isolate ?

Usually 45g protein drink and whatever sugar is around up to 60grams, sometimes soda, fat free candy, juice, whatever.
Other times a nice six pack of natty light.

To be honest bro, ive only been taking it since Monday lol. Give me about 3 or 4 weeks and ill tell u how its going. Supposedly its supposed to increase muscular endurance, and at the moment im doing everything at about 8-12 reps, so i should definetley be able to tell if its working or not pretty soon here.

1 scoop whey isolate, 1 scoop cell tech hardcore. 25 minutes after, 1/2 pound ground bison 1 cup of white rice. Good stuff.

nope using the waxy maize as a shuttle for the aminos and creatine :) and because of its ability to bypass the stomach and go straight to the bloodstream and replenish glycogen stores radiply.
And no im not using insulin lol.

why not inject slin, you are spacing your meals out perfectly already for it and taking waxy, might as well add like 5 or 10 iu to get the extra nureshment from the food and protein.

I can't eat right after the gym so I usually just down 50g of protein. Lean bulking again so I'm taking in around 50g of dextrose right after the gym, then 50g of protein after I get home... cook a meal, take a shower and by the time I'm out I can sit down to a nice home cooked meal. The way my eating patterns are things are perfectly spaced out this way.

Use to be a double serving of Designer Protein, but I've been too lazy to run down to the GNC, so I've just been using cocolate milk. I haven't noticed any difference in anyting at all:).

Works great for me. Big difference in my workouts while dieting. I go zero carb before my workout,all I eat is a scoop of whey + lecuine; and im staying big, full, & hard; im staying strong, muscle endurance is down from low carbs of course, ...but i still get good pumps.
Last time I dieted, pre workout I took whey alone; compared to now I didnt feel as strong, and found it more difficult to get a pump. The only difference between this diet and last diet is the leucine added in my protein.
Its cheap bro, about the same price per pound as whey isolate.
