Right now I only do a shake pre-workout. Post workout I go right to meat+veggies.When you say "10 g EAA" do you actually buy the EAA powder, or are you using 10 grams of a quality whey isolate ?
flexington, do you recommend beta alanine? I've been thinking of trying it. Do you take it with creatine preworkout too?
