It's very simple : whenever I open a jar, I cannot stop going back to it and eating giant spoonfuls. I have no self control at all. Even in bed I will lie awake and think about it being in the cupboard, open, ready and waiting.
I would like to keep buying it as a tablespoon now and then is heaven..I can't see the point though when my lack of willpower sickens me so!

its really not a matter of will power. we gravitate towards that which we want the most. you clearly want peanut butter more than you want to be in shape. just that simple.
if you ever desire to be in shape more than you desire peanut butter...well, then itll get much easier for you.

you need enzymes not an all peanutbutter diet.
god invented 1000 different foods , if you just do one food with one amino set ratio it will f' up the bodies balance and expect all sorts of problems

dude i used to, but realized that peanutbutter is more like a marathon food if you are planning to train all day long, its not the best for physique, studies will show the body works best off a diet slightly less that 50% fat anyways. still eat your pb but have stuff in your diet to break it down like grapejuice and some brocollie

you can eat as much fatty stuff as you want but you gotta eat even more of "food/fruit juices" that assimilate and BREAK DOWN all the fat you are eating, cause pb will make you constipated unless you drink grapejuice
grapejuice will disolve everything...
a problem i was having is that my diet was mostly grape juice and i felt like i had to shit all the time because there wasnt enough solid food
same thing if you eat all pb youll be "locked up"
so yes eat as much as you can, but also have a high amount of other foods that operate synergystically in aiding the full potential of your diet regimen

Way too much. My diet is erratic. I eat too much cheese as well. I like to melt a huge wedge of it in the microwave and then I twirl breadsticks in it.

cheese fat is better than pb fat cause it has CALCIUM
CALCIUM plays a HUGE role in fatloss and the big picture of it all. your bones are a support structure like muscles too, any low fat diet only temporary works especially if you cut out fats bearing calcium

id hate to agree with NW83 but he's actually right, ur craving it, because its what ur body needs, so do it the smart way, add some lean red meat or evoo to your diet! :)

Flex, I eat tons of meat. I eat loads of fats. I tend to crave PB when I want carbs tbh and because I love the taste of that shit.

i used to get sick about every other month maybe a cold cause i had a big appetite and ate tons of fried chicken
now i never get sick havent got a cold or anything in a about two years and i eat no meat, i wasnt even eating meat in getbig I or II
honestly how often do you catch a cold or sore throat or get sick...all meat eaters get sick more often=fact

indeed, 40-60g fat a day might help if you are really low, i personally take in 50g or slightly under.
remember if you feel like shit you will have a tendency to want to eat to fix the 'problem'. Don't! It's a sign that it's working...beeing tired even though getting alot of sleep etcc, feeling sluggish, light headaches...

I don't eat peanut butter but I eat icecream, cookies, chocolate, pie, and I also like cheese a lot. I hit the booze at least once a week. And I'm on a cut. Not eating what you like is not willpower, it's masochism.

Grit the thing with PB is sts really easy to eat too much of it real quick, before you know it half the jar is gone and you just inhaled 1500 calories.
Try eating raw almonds instead, harder to eat a ton of them. Buy a jar of PB a week and thats it, that way you will have to spread it out. Dont keep things in your pantry you cant control your eating on.

Where did I say it doesn't matter? I just said less restrictions are necessary.
I'm 100% lifetime natural, doesn't make sense to argue with me if you aren't.
I said time and time again, I can't say anything about juicers.
I tried the BB method and objectively compared it to my current method, if you haven't you can't argue with me.
I already come from where you think I should go. I have 10 years of training experience.
I never claimed I'm a mass monster right now, I have been bigger in the past.
But relative to my starting point of this diet, it has been the best I ever made.
Testosterone and protein synthesis doesn't mean jack. All that matters is the ratio of fat loss vs. muscle loss.
You can mock me about my current mass (which is tiny) all you want, but the validity of my points remain.
It's all good, different opinions about nutrition will always be there. :)

No, it isn't. I know myself pretty well. I have enough experience to know that my catching of colds and flu increases when I go through long spells of training to failure and doing too much, too often, without proper rest. There is a difference between being physically active and pushing your muscles and CNS beyond maximum tolerance.
During this time -of getting more frequent colds and flu in heavy training cycles and not having anything for years - one thing has remained constant : my eating of animal flesh.
