But relative to my starting point of this diet, it has been the best I ever made.
Testosterone and protein synthesis doesn't mean jack. All that matters is the ratio of fat loss vs. muscle loss.
You can mock me about my current mass (which is tiny) all you want, but the validity of my points remain.
It's all good, different opinions about nutrition will always be there.
