Damn, for some reason it's not panning out how I planed! A month ago or alittle more, I started to train directly my biceps very serious ever 5th day, my plan was to get them to be like a cross of Ronnie's and Ruhl's biceps.
My strength have gone up but not the size oddly enough, and today, tragically enough, strength even went down alittle bit.. and my biceps are smaller than before I started this thing! They didn't even feel that good of a pump either.
I do about 32 or more sets for biceps due to there being so many variations of excersizes for bicep and one should do 4 for each exercise, right?
But now I'm not so sure it was a good idea. I need some helpful ideas on strategy to make them better. Thanks!

maybe you're overtraining or eating to poorly.
try lower to 20 sets maybe even 16.

You're delusional if you think youll be able to achieve biceps like Ronnie or Markus. ::)
Time to face the facts, you dont have the genetics/drugs to look like your "heroes." :-\

to look really good IMO like i did for getbig one i was training 2 times a day and eating high calories. a real pain in the ass but works if you do full body twice a day everyday

to look really good IMO like i did for getbig one i was training 2 times a day and eating high calories. a real pain in the ass but works if you do full body twice a day everyday
Ok I think I will restructure my whole training routine again. Might as well, as I lowered my protein intake and quit chicken. I think I might have peeked current routine last week. Or yesterdays excessive yard work could be to blame for today's mothafucking hughe letdown.

you can loose fullness doesnt mean you lost muscle from yardwork, you just got to shovel in more calories to fill back up again and train EVEN more.
overtime you become more machine like doing 2 a days and your regular job, the point is to keep doing this overtime, eventually your body wont need as much sleep if you are eating all the time
have plenty of snack crackers u know with peanutbutter ALL THE TIME
plenty of mac and cheese velvitta cheese
and some protien powder scoops
lets say if i eat 5 packs of crackers ill probably have 1-2 scoops of protien to make the balance more favorable

you have to punish the body if you want to be in the upper percentile of size and cuts what better way than to do two a days and TONS of calories
for me its impossible to train like this cutting any calories

put a 45 on each side... get 8 reps
2 sets like that
next do straight bar preacher curls 3 sets
finally
hammer curls 3 sets
..
dont train them again till next week same day same time
forget all the protein intake and calories and that science stuff

Can I substitute the hammer curls and do hammer preacher curls instead? Which one is best? or maybe I'll just do some of both.

once a week training dont work for a whitey unless hes eat low calories and trying to lean and and be small but ripped

Straight bar curls hurts in my wrists so I save them to the cable preacher curls, I also do the same curls Ruhl does laying on my back with cable.
Reverse grip curls which I'm not sure what the hell they are hitting. Are they any good? I do those because they are fun mostly.
I suppose I could fit 4 sets of regular hammer curls in there, but my armworkouts are way long as it is.

Overtraining, plain and simple. 32 sets is overkill for biceps.
Stick to the basics, barbell/dumbell curls, preachers, 3-4 sets, 8-12reps.

I only do 17 sets + 2 warmup sets after the bike warmup.
Semi straight leg deadlifts
Front squats
Lunges
and leg extentions.
Is this ok?
