Damn, for some reason it's not panning out how I planed! A month ago or alittle more, I started to train directly my biceps very serious ever 5th day, my plan was to get them to be like a cross of Ronnie's and Ruhl's biceps.
My strength have gone up but not the size oddly enough, and today, tragically enough, strength even went down alittle bit.. and my biceps are smaller than before I started this thing! They didn't even feel that good of a pump either.
I do about 32 or more sets for biceps due to there being so many variations of excersizes for bicep and one should do 4 for each exercise, right?
But now I'm not so sure it was a good idea. I need some helpful ideas on strategy to make them better. Thanks!
