As of now, he has been natural for quite some time, as well as had some harsh injuries and surgeries to deal with.
And like Hedge said, size means nothing when it comes to the numbers someone can put up. One of the strongest guys I've ever met doesn't weight over 190lbs.

i just went through overloads posts, im now convinced he's full of shit.
ive been here since 03 and always remembered this dude saying he's a lifetime natural/will never juice etc. im not mistaken, i remember this clear as day, and i also remember clearly around the time when he first started using gear. now i read this post:
I concur with Rim.
It's only as complicated as YOU make it. for the average gym rat it should be VERY basic. Test, Deca and some Dbol is all the average lifter will ever need(with PCT of course), and if money is tight you can make wonderful gains off just Test/Dbol, since real HG Deca is very expensive.
Don't make it complicated and just follow the time on = time off rule until you become more advanced, then you can blast/cruise or whatever your fancy.
1 cycle is a waste of time and money. if you are going to use, at least cycle for 2-3 years to see impressive gains.
I juiced for 7 years and I've been clean now for over a year, I'd say i kept about 80% of my gains in the muscle department and 90% of my strength.

Don't know much about his lift claims or his juice advice, but he's given me some good advice on stress management. Never seemed like a shit talker either, don't recall him ever flaming, rarely locks horns with anyone, didn't throw around insults or meltdown. Seems like a good dude.

I didn't defend myself because there is nothing to defend. the pic is real and so are my state records. Arnold Jr. and a few others know who i am, and they defended me enough.
The lieing about juicing is true, i lied because i was competeing in natural feds at the time. i passed all the required drug screens to compete though. so i didn't follow the rules.

Yeah and he looks twice as wide and twice as tall as the Asians in the picture. The dude is a "big guy". He's got some wide broad shoulders. He might very well be full of shit as far as his previous posts and lifts. But in that pic he's not a small guy at all. Sevastase is not bigger than him either. I'm 6'5 250lbs. Most consider me a "big guy" but I don't have that bodybuilder look. Take Ralph Moeller for example. He was jacked and had a kick ass physique in my opinion for his height, but he NEVER had the mass of a bodybuilder. He was just too damn tall.

Bolton, for example, has squatted 1213lbs and deadlifted 1003lbs, but doesnt have a bench over 750. Shawn Frankl, on the other hand, has a 850lb bench press at 198lbs. his squat i sover 1000 and he pulls low 7's. it is all relative.

it's rare for someone to have both, and i think a lot of it (especially in pull vs bench) has to do with arm length. my buddy chris is 20 and he's got a 615 pull but a 340 bench weighing 260. meanwhile i'm sitting on a 515 pull but a 365-ish bench weighing 220. he's got somewhat long arms, i've got pretty short arms.
so it makes sense that guys with sick benches rarely have the kind of stellar pulls and vice versa. konstantinovs is another good example: on the horns of a 1000 pull at 275 but i don't think he even bothers to bench at meets.

Nah, def George Brink. Big deadlifter from a few years back. If I'm remembering right, he was on the cover of a PLing USA mag with Josh Bryant. Brink was an older guy, pushing 50 I think (this was about 8 years ago), but big as a damn tank. Didn't know if he was doing any Masters event. He deadlifted well over 800 lbs if I'm remembering right. Not world class necessarily for ALL ages, but pretty damn impressive for a guy hitting 50

I passed all the drug tests, i had to take 2 tests since i set the state record.
And my records are in the dead lift, not the bench press.
