That does not discount the fact that I am within the same weight range, albeit not as lean in some of these pics as I am in the 170s and fat.

We just share the same diet mentality is all. T-Wolf circa 2005 when he was ultra lean.

gonna have to agree here, timber was in fact eating dirty calories on refeeds. I took over to help him put on more lbm but being as lean as he is regardless of what he eats he will always be lean do to genetics and habits. Most people who get that lean, including your pics, (you may not be quite that lean but your shredded there) you can utilize the cal is cal theory but it still isnt the best method in the bodybuilding world. Sure i can get anyone lean on junk food, but it wont net the same physique doing it the traditional way. If you never claimed it directly i apologize to you adam.

I know for 100% legit fact he is clean. Unless you want to discredit all he has done by using a legal supp years ago called 1 ad from ergo pharm. He used it for a whole 4 weeks. I guess that made him 4-5% bf year round with perfect structure LOL. Timber is a very small guy but he has deep muscle bellies and extremely tiny joints. Hes the best example of bodybuidling illusion i have ever seen. Hes gifted beyond gifted. If he ever let me prep him for a national show and went on he would be a freak of nature at 200-210. I got no reason to lie or make anything up.
