AXA sorry for yesterday big dog, I hope we can be friends, this guy "TrueGrit" has seen him squat, those are the biggest legs I have seen on a natty, maybe he does squat 585? I personally have seen him squat 335 for 20 reps on a video of his that I have (if you don't want I won't release it AXA, I promise)

Start doing a wide grip chins...followed by wide grip pull downs(making sure to keep you chest out and scapula back to best isolate the teres major)... followed by a little wider than shoulder length grip barbell row...followed by weekly alternations of rack pulls and one arm dumbell rows...
do it with intensity and you'll see good improvements

You should work a deal with dov to keep your name, post a video of you doing 585 squats.
If you are offering a video of pulldowns you should be able to get a video of the squats.

I can do 4 pullups with 65 pounds hanging from the belt, I think I have to do 8 to 12 reps, as I need size, not just strenght :-\

I haven't squated that heavy in months, I used to, but then it started giving me back problems, so I stopped
now I go high reps, and not so heavy, I don't know if I can still squat 585 for those quarter reps ???

u should work on sets of 12 w/ good form...once u can do 12-15 reps then add weight

Yeah, I would work up to where you can do near 20 pullups with great form, then start to add weight keeping the great form. Really get your chest within 4-5 inches of the bar and control the negative isolating your back and feeling the movement. You can see great results changing up your rep ranges every week. So if you can do the 4 reps with good form keep them for a week that you try to go heavier and do them as one of your final working sets.

So that is my negative. The thing that can't be erased is what i have done. No matter how you look at it. You will never come close to what I have done. So now I go through the ridicule of being fat. but it is something I can and am fixing. Your faults are there for your entire lifetime. There is no hope for you.
