did a lot of high weight low rep shit at first- but what wrks the best is moderate approach 4 day split w no more than 1 hr wkouts
no special diet- In fact use to drink up to 4 shakes daily and half and half, ice cream, chicken and rice- but when I got to the weight I wanted to be, I basically started eating normal- 3 meals, and a lot of sodas and candy (sour patch kids) pre wkout and I look the same as when I used to eat better

-I do 4 sets seated presses, 2 sets upright rows, and laterals (bent,side, and front)
- Once I started doing some upright rows at the end of every wkout, boom- they got bigger

do it dude- try 4 quick sets at the end of every wkout w an ez curl for a wk or 2 and you will see a diff
I also sometimes switch that for 2 sets of bench and 2 sets of uprights at the end of every wkout- it will make a quick diff in ur upper body

ok, basically I think hes gone pretty consistant for about 5 yrs
I think the consistancy is the most important as well as staying fairly lean but enough fat to easily grw

I think late 20's is when I started growing at a gd rate
but u may be diff- look at Evan and Phil and some of the other young guys from Nationals his year
they were all super young- everyone is diff, but I hear a lot of big dudes talk about making better gains as they get past 25- also the wight u gain is more dense looking and muscular

Yeah it seems the best gains come between 25-35. I'm only 19 but i've always gained fairly steady. How much are you weighing in that pic?

first pics were around 22 a fighting weight of 158 the other pics are around 250lbs Im 6'1"
I got up to 270, but was not athletic at that point, just wanted to gain mass
I think 250 is a gd weight for me which is where Im at right now- all pics are current and around that weight

Yeah I figured you were between 240 and 260(wasn't sure how tall ya were).
Right now i'm 215 and 5'6.

damn- in that case u will obviously see improvements much quicker- 215 at 5 6 is def a lot of mass- u shd have an easier time w ur legs as mine didnt budge until much later
one thing I realized is back takes forever and make sure and get a pump before ur done w the bodypart ur training. I squat the same amount when my wheels looked nothing like they do now, and same goes for back- my back was strong, but not impressive until I started getting good pumps

Yeah just turned 19. I only have like a 2 pack currently lol. I'm just really trying to get big and I like the strength that comes with eating big. For example, when I was 185 I deadlifted 405 for a triple, last night I deadlifted 455 for 9(new pr). I tried gaining size and staying below 10% but the strength always stagnated and gains were slower. Oh well lol
