as would all of us but there is something bout watching a monster press heavy weight in shoulder press and bench that we all cant help but be in awe. 405 for clean reaps for 6 is mind boggling hell i haven't seen a vid of someone doing 315 for 6 clean reps.

I wish I had cameras around when I was able to do that. I know I could do 315 for reps but 405 right now impossible. That was a great video.

as do i, sumone find the chalet 600 for 3 real fast reps and full range motion with long arms. to this day i have not seen 600 lbs raw moved that fast and the range of motion is longest ive seen as well.

Are you back to training?
A little. Mostly I am on the Elliptical. I want to get down my weight more before I start training hard or at least harder. I am doing crunches everyday on one of fitness balls and stretching quite a bit. I am getting there. Thinking about training with Quincy Taylor once I get some more weight off and can do longer and harder workouts. We have talked a little and I think it would be good for me. But I do promise once I get some strength back I will post video. I think you guys will enjoy it.

I would say thats more of an exaggerated inlince then a shoulderpress.
If his back was straight he would't get 2 reps.
