When I diet down my neck seems somewhat slim, I suppose some people would refer to it as a pencil neck.
What are some training tips so i can a have a treetrunk neck?

What reps and sets would be beneficial?

I am guessing highish reps 15-20 prob works in similar way to traps...respond similar reps.
be careful though at the start

Lay on a flat bench,with your head hanging off,fold up a towel and put it on your forehead..........it should cover most of your face,put a 45 pound plate on the towel,and slowly lower and raise your neck.
Start out light,and never use jerky movements.

Wear a scarf, but make sure it's a mainly colour like Royal Blue.

I think a better way to rank getbiggers would be by neck size, not arm size.

Who are you kidding? As much as your head bobs up and down on your bf Rico, you will have a huge neck in no time sunshine...

shrugs, deadlifts, rows, barbell squats will all put size on your neck, build your traps and it will make your neck look bigger.
