Oysters are underrated; great source of minerals and good cholesterol. I have raw oysters on a daily basis. I also have the sex drive of a barnyard cock.

Whatever suits you; sugar alcohol loaded "supplements" from "food stores" or good old mother nature foods that only the smart and agile ones used to have access to.

I love Oysters as well, but last week, I thought I saw something moving on my oyster and it turned out to be a live baby octopus swimming around on my oyster, that freaked me out a little bit.
