DUDE will get plenty of girls on the beach with that build,if he keeps at it and eats up,he will lose some of the sharpness in the abs but that is the tradeoff,but he can always diet of any extra weight in future,if so concetrate on some size now,you should stay pretty lean anyway judging by how you are now.

the secret to getting bigger naturally and the closest thing to AAS is the pwo shake = insulin spike, immediate glycogen refill and protein storage in the worked muscles.
try 40g whey protein and half your bodyweight in carbs from dextrose (200lbs = 100g carbs) Very anabolic, always got me great results.

Maybe but you'd still need to train maybe like gymnasts do with set bars and boards, which can actually be harder than weight lifting but it wont give you a lot of size just conditioned functional muscle.

* 80-100g carbs from a solid meal 1½-2h before.
* maybe have up to 50g to sip on during, but the meal prior should be enough.
* Up to 100g carbs dextrose PWO
