just curious as to why you guys want to get so big instead of being lean and athletic? its healthier and feels a lot better imo. at 300 lbs the body cant tell the difference between fat and muscle..... overweight is overweight........it wrecks your joints and eating all that food and protein must really mess up your digestivee system...so again i ask why do you want to get big?

i'm actually happy at my weight.......my workouts are short, intense bw conditioning .......they are very tuff to keep up with, always timed and progressively harder by doing more work in the same amount of time each and every workout

i think it really depends on ur goals....whats small for one might be athletic for another.......for me personally i feel no need to have big muscles if it is for just muscles sake i'd rather have functional strength and train metabolically in less time and do more work. my avg workout is 10-15 mins a day and i bet the avg musclebound bodybuilder would have a ruff time keeping up with all that i do in that time frame

heres what i did today..........set a stopwatch for 15 mins...........250 dips 250 push ups 250 bw squats 100 mountain climbers 75 pull ups and 7- 40 yard hill sprints.........if you tried it i'm sure you wouldn't make fun of it, if u even were able to do it

to who you? an internet stranger lol i've been training like this and building up to this for the last 5 yrs........my workout looks something like this everyday always increasing reps .......its what i do believe it if u like , don't if u don't want to...i cud care less either way good luck in ur workouts and if u try it let me know how u do.

i do 50 push ups in roughly 35 seconds same for dips, because of range of motion pull ups and bw squats are about 1/1 sec mountain climbers are really fast moving i workout in a park with a hill at bottom of hill i do push ups bw squats and mountain climbers sprint up hill...at top of hill is a kids playground i do pull ups and dips and run back down n start again no breaks i finished todays work out in 14:59 i never measured hill i estimate 40 yrds it cud be less it takes about 12 steps to make it up sprinting

if you knew what a burpee was or ever tried one you would know how foolish the statement u made was 100 burpees is the equivalent of 100 squats, 100 thrusts, 100 push ups, and 100 jumps and is prbably the hardest bodyweight exercise one can do lol 275 lbs hahahahaha.........do u realize that ur morbidly obese and prolly gonna die soon lol
