You are fine. While the body is very sensitive to increases in sodium intake, TRUE weight gain of more than a pound or so should not occur. At most, those 5-6 extra pounds you are probably noticing on the scale are nothing more than a combination of your body retaining water from excess sodium, a good amount of fecal matter still in your intestines, fluid that you drank 1-2 hours prior to weighing yourself and the odd pound or so you probably gained from binge eating...
Drink a lot of water, to allow your body to stabilize itself and expel the excess fluid. Follow that with proper exercise and cardio and you will be fine..
Don't fuck around with laxatives or diuretics of any sort, both of which can throw your body's potassium & Sodium levels off, not a good idea...

Ahh yes, the old twist on the Squadfather's "Heard -insert name- likes peanut butter and cock sandwiches.. Bullshit, -insert name- hates peanut butter"..
You can get a lot of mileage from those old jokes/lines with a little reformatting..

I actually think that if u ate that tonight, u could hit a personal best on your deadlift tomorow.
It's like when Cutler was stuffing down burgers at "in N out burger" late at night before his leg day.
