Title: Sardines in Dill Mustard vs. Tuna in Water for muscle growth.
Post by: chainsaw on March 09, 2009, 11:54:40 AM
Sardines blow tuna out of the water as far a nutrients, same protein, but as
far as the fat, Sardines are way higher in omega fatty 3s.  Plus the calcium
and man I went to usda food nutrient finder, and a can of sardines blows away
tuna.  Plus the mercury is less in smaller fish.

How much do you want to bet he's that guy you're behind at Vitamin Shoppe who's buying the 90$ liter jug of VPX Triple Anabolic Whey Isolate Flavonoids and when they are ringing up the sale says "Hold on chief, scan my member card" and he pulls out a key chain w/ like 55 different coupon club tags on it from every food place within a 50 mile radius hahahahahaha

Some of the more expensive sardines are fileted and stuff. They are really good on sandwiches. In hot sauce they are good as well.

There are no heads in the Brunswick brand, and it is filleted nicely.
They have  the hot sauce ones as well, which I do like but,
The dill and mustard are my brand until I get sick of it, then I'll go
hot sauce.

The ones in oil are good, but too much bat acories.
