over the past years people i know ahve gotten sick at this chinese place by my job...the kitchen is flithy and i have seen roaches in it before
anyways...today i ordered takeout-steamed beef and green beans...i didnt order rice cuz i have some left over at my aprtment...the rice container had been sitting out for about 1 day on my desk...the beef was super fatty and looked gross but i ate it...tasted good...the rice was kinda hard and weird...and i would say within an hour i began feeling really crappy...really tired...real messed up stomach...is it possible to get sick that fast or is it something else...could it be the rice i left out for a day? or something else?

If you develop stomach cramps and a bloody diarrhea I would go to the hospital, otherwise, you should be just fine.

they're made tight in the arms in order for the 150 lb buff guys to show off their 14 inch arms. I just cut a slit in teh sleeves of mine and wear them to work out. Or just leave them in the closet.
