where do u reccomend
i want a place that doesnt use oils to cook cuz cheap oils make me break out...i llike the steamed food cuz no oils

How long ago did you eat the food?

E.coli ingestion will usually manifest symptoms within 2-6 hours.

If you develop stomach cramps and a bloody diarrhea I would go to the hospital, otherwise, you should be just fine.
