How many rear delt exercises do you do and what are they?

4 sets (2 sets per exercise)
Bent over DB raises (low reps, heavy)
Bent over DB raises (lying prone on an low angle incline bench).......essentially the same movement, but the bench stops you from cheating, so i go a bit lighter and do higher reps.

zero.... maybe the reverse pec deck once in a while ;)

i do afew sets of reverse pec deckers,i also do afew sets of the H exercise,prolly 6 sets total.rear delts get good stimulation from heavy and hard back workouts imo

bent rows gets them for me..
so your front delts are fried enough from bench?

reverse peck deck hits them just fine...........if not bent over laterals ... somtimes with head supported, somtimes not, sometimes seated.. dont neglect rear delts, youl never develop nice caps!

I don't see why you wouldn't do some direct rear delt work. Yes, training back hits them, but why not just do a few sets when doing shoulders/back.....

neglecting rear delts will eventualy lead to imbalances in your shoulders.. if your all for less exersize, maybe side laterals one week and rear lats the next...... and i do have good shoulders before u ask.

rear delt training is for homosexuals , real men only bench and squat , there is no other exercises

My point is, if you are training for bb'ing, then there is a need for isolation work to optimally develop each bodypart. Rear delts are a bodypart, ergo, a bodybuilder should do some direct rear delt work.

but i do rotator cuff movements a few times a week now, which hit them a bit also.

Lying sideways on a bench and doing it with one arm? Isn't the resistance only really felt in the bottom part of the movement then? As you move your arm more straight up there really isn't much work your rear-delts are doing.
I usually do just one exercise - either bent over laterals or the rear delt machine or laterals while lying on an incline bench. I do them after delts or after back - but I'm starting to think they're better done after back since they are quite pre-exhausted at that point. Try doing rear delts after a back workout and you will find them much weaker than after a shoulder workout.

I dont normally train chest and shoulders on the same day.
From the looks of your pics, you don't look like you train chest and shoulders at all.
