So I have a new job and we have to take an hour lunch. We have a full weight room, so I am wondering should I ever lift at work or will my massive getbigger size and strength frighten my co-workers and tarnish my chances of advancing with the company?
-
Lift the weights.......show them you are physically superior and not to be fucked with.
Also, remember to wear the daisy dukes and construction boots.
-
Joking aside, that's brilliant that you've got access to weights at lunch. Noon would be an ideal time of day for me.
-
Nah you don't even have to work out to show intimidation at the office. Just hop on a cardio machine and make sure you are wearing a pacman t shirt ! :)

Can I wear a sleeveless flannel also?

I'm getting second thoughts guys. Maybe I should just use my undefeated MMA skills on the heavy bag or play some basketball.

Kind of but not really. I do have the option of doing any of the 3 activities.

Shadow boxing with some 5 lb dumbells will tell your co-workers you are off your rocker and NO ONE with mess with you. Reprimands are OUT the window, just make sure you wear you MP# player and sing out loud the Rocky theme song while doing this ;D
-
Here is my advice...play basketball, but play it thug style....knocking people over and shoving down co-workers. Be sure to talk a lot of trash throughtout, higher-ups will love that. then if anybody is foolish enough to call a foul on you, tell them it's their choice...take it to the weightroom or the cage.....and ALWAYS follow all phrases with "bitch" as in "Let's take it to the weightroom, BITCH !!" to your supervisor. This will ensure a long career.

Simple as this, Give em what they want - THE GUN SHOW!!
BBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM MMMMMMM!

I get a couple 15 min breaks to so I could eat then. Plus my workout only takes about 45 min. And as far as the sweat, yah, but I would just lift weights and not do cardio so it wouldn't be too bad. If you're hardcore and chasin the dream sacrifices have to be made :-\

go figure, they make a weight room, but no shower. So no one will use it. Epic trying to appear like they care about the health of the employees.

Make sure you act like Mon_of_steele and buy shirts from Baby Gap that are four sizes too small so you can rip them apart when you carb load during lunch in the office. People will shit themselves when they see you heating up your chicken and rice!!!!

Be careful and mindful who's in the gym with you. I remember working out at my old work's gym and pounded out and awesome set. had my headphones on and kind of forgot where I was. I finished my set, stood up and just blurted out "FUCKING YEAH BITCH" this one girl looked at me with horror, another just gave me an odd look.
These people started to act all weird around me after that. Not worth the headache

Actually I am not 100% sure there is no shower, so I will have to look into it. If there is then the girls didn't show me on the "tour."

I was in the army when this game was popular. They had it in the arcade at the PX but took it out after a couple weeks because dudes would get in fights over shit that happened in the game. Dumb E-1 pricks. hahahahahahaha

Man I loved arch rivals! That and Double Dribble were my two fav basketball games.

Your size alone should intimidate them.
Pretty cool having a bench where you work, so when some poser claims he can bench 500lbs you can tell him to meet you at the bench at noon and pwn him gb stlye ;D
