Yeah although I'm not that impressed with their cooked beef. They make a great pepper steak though.
In general I prefer Argentinean over Austrian beef, juicier and better marbled.

Tafelspitz can go wrong easily. I had pretty bad ones too. If it's done correctly, it's delicious though.

There's many in Vienna. Best Tafelspitz I have ever eaten was in the Donauturm Restaurant (http://www.donauturm.at/en/). Beautiful view over Vienna too.

In Austria "Currywurst" it's done a little differently plus zeh Teutonics have mayonnaise with their fries :-X :P

About 1g/lb lean body mass of daily protein. Met through normal food plus 100g whey protein shake during the day. Some flax/sesame/fish oil. No other supplements.

There are different forms of Speck, one is called "Schinkenspeck" = ham speck = smoked and aged prosciutto. :)
