My metabolism is normal, I gain fat very easily. I was chubby before I started working out.

i love that german/austrian type food. its fatty as fuck(monster wurst) but damn good. those are some of the great nations on earth

Ja, habe tatsaechlich einen Plan erstellt. Steht alles auf dem Papier und ich befolge nur das, was ich ausgerechnet habe; im Prinzip einfach, aber wie immer ist die Durchfuehrung dess um einiges schwieriger....
