Yeah although I'm not that impressed with their cooked beef. They make a great pepper steak though.
In general I prefer Argentinean over Austrian beef, juicier and better marbled.

Tafelspitz can go wrong easily. I had pretty bad ones too. If it's done correctly, it's delicious though.

a couple restaurants around frankfurt, de and 1 in a restaurant in Linz, Au....unfortunately I don't remember the names of the restaurants...can you recommend some good spots?

There's many in Vienna. Best Tafelspitz I have ever eaten was in the Donauturm Restaurant. Beautiful view over Vienna too.
