used to drink that shit before id go out at night...

watching some training clips at Youtube and when i feel that my motivation and mental foccuss is still there i go to the gym
and lift some "small weights". ::)

yeah i do that for heavy bench and d-lifts most folks think that its dum... it works though ... unless its like a ric flair chop 2 the back

i like no explode for pre workout but after using it for a while it seems i need more and more...anyone here try met rx's version of it?

I used to have a training partner that wanted me to kick him in the nuts and then slap a diamond cutter (ala diamond dallas page) on him before each set,but things started gettin kind of weird so I told him I was gettin a new training partner....

Come on man, you don't want to drink alcohol before working out. So many things wrong with that. Just have a protein shake and some BCAAs.
