Title: Milos, Any upcoming Seminars at Koloseum?
Post by: El Diablo Blanco on April 08, 2009, 09:31:08 AM
I'd be interested in heading there if you're going to be hosting any seminars.  You showed us photos of some in the past that seemed real cool.

Make sure to keep a close watch on the carb intake and shirt size prior to the seminar.

Hey, if there is interest - I would do it in no time...with pleasure...and certainly (if anyone wonders) - again: FREE...and - as always: "ALL OUT" seminar...

What I mean by that - I will answer EVERY SINGLE QUESTION - without trying to be "politically correct"...so if someone has really spicy question(s), topic(s), subject(s)...etc...I promise - I'll have extra spicy answer(s)...( I think it is even physiologically impossible...for me to be "political"...That "politically correct gene" is either missing or is completely inhibited...And I am actually very happy about it!) and who knows that better than my loyal "getbigers"?

1) I would FOR SURE introduce you to NEW and better ways to train for SPECIFIC GOALS...

2) Give you more effective ways to DIET, again to achieve SPECIFIC GOALS (and here I must add ALL YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS...as numerous times people compromise and as long as they loose all the fat they wanted to loose - they are thankful to their nutritionists for reaching at least one of their goals - loosing fat...But, they are not so hard on their nutritionists for actually ripping them off and getting them in trouble - that while dieting /using senseless starvation while extensively exercising/  they also lost tons of muscle, created various health hazards of some (often very serious) kind...and - absolutely KILLED their metabolism along the way...
So (as many of you have already - either personally experience it  :(or witnessed happening to someone else ::)...should I even say it  :-X(?) quite often ::)...rather - almost always  ::)and with everyone - EVERY SINGLE TIME...sadly....what is pretty much - expected to happen !? - as soon as the day of the contest is over - competitors will start rebounding...[hello BLOW FISH - here I come...or "excuse me...do I get a discount for being obese and stupid in your establishment?] - what's worst: IN SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME (so all the hard work, suffering and sacrifices...and achieved LEAN look - will last you...like...truly catastrophically - only a very few short days...or - one week - tops)...

Well, it doesn't have to be that way...

Everyone could very easily learn HOW TO CONTROL their body...and how to prevent body fat accumulation to occur - ever again...)

Translate all these comical (or disturbing?) BS Advertisements numerous Supplement companies make nowadays...etc..etc...

I am "IN"...it just depends on you guys...

That tool, damn i cant remember who was it, days after the seminar posted that Milos was "hiding" in his office - while in fact sitting at his desk - or something like that.

Very cool of you to do that! if i lived near i would attend.

I have a couple of questions if you don't mind?..

During a diet: what do you think of artifical sweeteners such as aspartame, sucralose etc. ?
what about salt? red meat/saturated fats? (i'm not talking about the last weeks, just the fat loss process)

Milos,  I asked and you delivered.  I am most definitely in.  As I assume some other SoCal people would be.  I do appreciate you doing this for free.  I'd love to pick your brain on what a good diet should actually be like.  I can get lean but maintaining it is the hard part.  Please keep up to date on when the next seminar will be.

Well, Milos.  I guess I have to apologize to you for calling you a liar when you were right all along about Paul Chua.  I simply didn't believe that this type of stuff was still going along and that you were making false accusations.

But seriously, you should have presented the evidence to the Pro League and that would have at least given you some ground to stand on.  Without it, I had to assume you had an alternative motive for the accusing Chua of fraud.

I had no idea this type of shit was still going on in this day and age but it shows that we have a long way to go in fair competition

i got a question

more like, i want you to explain

convince me that exogenous insulin...humalog, humulin, lantus...  whatever...

that there is any benefit at all to using it.

and i alreayd knwo what insulin does in the body...  so dont explain to me that insulin inhibits protien breakdown and shoves gluose and protien and other things into muscle..and influences n.o...and blah blah blah...

endogenous insulin does all those things too!     and 10-20iu of humalog .... what your advising... is easily achievable with a bunch of dextrose....    no need to inject anything..

so explain to me, what exactly i am missing in this equation...

is it just that a few extra iu of insuli helps to push into glycogen? thats all? extra glycogen?

I have no idea about any of this stuff, but I'll take a guess and say that if you're shooting insulin that you are not taking in the extra calories used to get that by drinking the dextrose (or however you may get it).
Just a guess....could be as far off as QuakerOats' weight claims.

what are you saying? i dont understand.

what i said was that one could achieve similar levels of circulating insulin ....without injecting insulin...  compare circulating levels of insuli by injecting 20iu humalog...and compare that with drinking 200g dextrose with leucine.......and compare the two's effects on protien metabolism......

i dont think theres going to be any benefit

Does injecting insulin have any calories with it? You obviously have to eat after shooting it, but maybe the calories from eating carbs afterward are less than should have just drank a 200g dextrose shake?

Like I said, just a theory.

yes, its mandatory to consume carbs with injection of insulin. or else insuli pulls out glucose from blood and you go into coma.  tha recommended amount of carbs for insulin is generall 10grams of carbs per iu injected...  so 20iu slin = 200g carbs... but some use more, some use less... normally gusy will start low with insulin, like 5 iu, and start high with the carbvs, like 15-20g per iu...then work theyr way high with the slin lower with the carbs... like 20 iu with 6g per iu...   but thats high individual and some guys need much more crabs..

on a side note this information is usually not spoken about because dumb fucks could end up killing themselves if they try insulin.. so anybody reaidng this, do not tyr this. dont think about trying this. if you are going to use insulin, you need to do some research on your own and do not just take my word for it.

Hey Milos, if you do a seminar , any chance of webcast for those of us that can't get there ?

The last seminar, it was videotaped, if I remember, by Travis and his crew.  I did go to it, took pictures, and there were about 50-70 people.   We brought some samples from various supplement companies, and there were a number of competitions, including Melvin Anthony, Dennis James and others.

Milos is a very passionate person.  He will argue and debate for a long time to prove his point.

Offering another seminar is cool, the gym is in Orange County, and people would definately come.

June is a good month, except for June 20th, where Lonnie Teper's Junior Cal NPC show is on, in Rosemead, California this year (near Pasadena, CA).

Glad to see the IFBB finally did the right thing.  I wonder why it took them 2 yeas to get around to it?  I would ask Bob Chick, but he'd probably just spend time trying to defend the original suspension.  ::)

It took as long as it did as I'm sure they (IFBB) was covering their bases and making sure they had the right proof before making any decisions....that's the proper way things should be done.

As for the original suspension...what is there to defend?  Milos dictated what course of action was taken....had he followed proper protocol, not only would he have not been suspended...but the investigation into any improprieties would have been much faster, and easier...

I'm sure he'll sleep better tonight Vince ::)

May 2nd,2009 - 11 AM; FREE SEMINAR in Koloseum Gym Fullerton.

I am doing once a month FREE SEMINAR in my gym - for the members of my gym. I have been assisting most of the members throughout the years with 'here and there' information - every time they would approach me with some questions - but I haven't done actual seminar where I would let members ask me ANYTHING - with absolutely no limitations at all...

So - starting this coming Saturday - May 2nd, 2009 at 11AM sharp (everyone who knows me certainly realizes that I have never been late for anything in my entire life   ::)...well - almoo-ost...) - members could also invite guests (this time around) but in the future seminars would be FREE for gym members only...as a bonus for loyalty and being the members of my gym...

I plan to also offer GROUP GIANT SETS training sessions in the near future...so interested parties could periodically check on this board for the upcoming events at Koloseum Gym Fullerton...

And it is FREE...

Now, how could you POSSIBLY pass that?

Hi Milos, are you going to teach me how to train my athletes ;D??

Dahhaaahhh Coach...YES - that is exactly what I am saying as I know that you owe them that much...

When blind newborn sits in the Porsche and chooses a driver seat - someone must pick them up and put where they belong - in child seat on the back...

Your poor athletes had drive of their lives all these years...It would be good they realize that taking the train from Orange County to Rome is not such a good idea...after all...

Considering their destination + life span it is quite important someone shows them air transportation discoveries and a World map...Don't you think?

It is about time someone shows you how to train EACH and EVERY ATHLETE - and maybe explain why people say - there are many roads that lead to Rome...but not every road takes person to Rome...and certainly NOT most efficient, fastest...etc way...

I want to teach you things you need to know...

One day left - EXACTLY...Well - with 3 extra minutes to spare...

Better late than never...they say...but speaking of no respect - I show respect to people I do respect...and as a person - I hope I always showed you utmost respect - and I invited you as a person to attend my seminar (thinking you are here in LA)...

As current IFBB athletes representative - you did many things I don't respect - and I voiced it publicly and directly to you...

I am not "talking behind backs" - I face people when I have something to say...Or if it is NET - I post under my name...contrary to numerous heros who choose to be tough, calling people out yet hiding behind their screen name...

There is distinctive difference between CONFIDENCE and ARROGANCE - so don't confuse the two...

Hank - you are invited too...So you can possibly realize that MY THEORIES are quite different than anything out there...and FOR THAT EXACT REASON - I am calling everyone (including you) to seminar - which is BTW - FREE...and sole purpose is for me to share my "theories" with interested people (which just happens to be good number).

And especially for people like you - who calls me "copycat" - don't you think you'll have perfect opportunity to embarrass me right there, in my gym...on the spot?!

If you have ANY...and I do mean ANY theory that is out there - published...that I have "stole concept" from - please bring it with you...I promise to let you speak as long as you want - and ask me ANYTHING you wish...to give you opportunity to catch Charlatan who is pretending he is the real thing...

What you will understand - if you come - is that: I love what I do, I live for it...24/7/365/life I constantly and continuously research EVERYTHING that is connected with my chosen profession...and simply that I do know a lot...which is normal consequence of doing something for a long time...and doing it GOOD...

So, think about it...

If you did not realize - I never even bother giving you pleasure of my response - as you simply don't deserve it...

I am offering you to see who I really am...as you just might like it?

But, it is your prerogative...Do what you think is best...for what is worth: you are invited...I'll even give you T-shirt souvenir or whatever else that is reasonable - from my gym...as a gift - to show you my good will...

Thanks for the invite, but I work with real athletes not bodybuilders. I can honestly say I have some of the strongest and conditioned athletes around. Why, because I surround myself with some of the best S&C coaches in the country.

Who is talking about bodybuilders?

I can honestly tell you - for someone who is surrounded with some of the best S&C coaches in the country (say hi to Micky Mouse for me)...you sure didn't learn a thing...

Come and show me what you know about speed, acceleration, strength, power, endurance, superb performance, sports nutrition, metabolism...etc..etc...

Do you know why Victor Conte chose me as strength coach/nutritionist for "Project World Record" - successfully completed in 9 months?

Because - he was looking for THE BEST and one he was sure will deliver...

Ask him if he was wrong...and what's more important HOW MUCH DID I CONTRIBUTE or IF I gave a single advice that was not just NOT GOOD but NOT THE VERY BEST...

I know that you don't deserve this privilege...but your athletes do...Stop being selfish...

Because he wanted a fall guy for the next time he gets busted? Like I said a million times Milos, anything works on gear.

You sure have a confidence of a rabbit...

You told someone I know you can put my knowledge to shame - so I called you and offered little challenge...Somehow since that day you changed your mind of ever visiting my gym...always finding excuses that you are just too busy to come - as you have successful business and day filled with clients thus you are not able to come...

I offered to come to you...you refused again...

I am inviting you AGAIN - and I see it is going exactly the same way...and I wonder why?

Maybe because you know that you have as much chances as skinny, old paralyzed and blind chicken would have - coming to challenge angry Samurai spirited butcher fully loaded with Musashi Myamoto swords?

See, unlike most on here I don't get real excited when Milos offers up something like this. Not that it's probably not informative but rather it's not even close to pertaining to what I do. Milos, tell me about speed mechanics, proper acceleration, change of direction. Do you have speed and agility camps? I prefer to work with chains and bands when developing power....you? I also prefer to limit my use of machines when training my athletes...you? Can you get someone ready to perform at a high level at an NFL combine or Pro day? In what order do you insert plyos, speed and agility into your programs?  This is what most of my weekends look like.

Speed development
agilities
GPP

then off to the baseball field to coach my kids games.

Afternoon - Sports skills

Takes up about 8-10 hours of my day. Next month I start traveling.

Really? How do you know that? Do you know my protocols? Let me also inject that If I were to ever say that I was associated with Victor Conte in ANYWAY my reputation and the reputation of my athletes would be greatly in question. Thats not something I would be bragging about.

If you don't get excited about this sorta thing, perhaps ya should shut your yap. That way Milos won't make an offer like this, and then you have to do like every one of your political heroes and run away with your tail tucked between your legs.
Have a nice day.
