That's because you are an employee and not an employer. And No, the customer is not always right - that's just ridiculous. It should be "The customer should always be heard and their issue / complaint addressed professionally".

Pw3nd ;D

Anyway, I don't think the customer is always right - like you say, they can be a total dick at times. Still, it's one of the things you've got to live with - gotta stay professional and not let your feelings or anger get the better of you.

So what's the story behind your question / rant?

you cannot be placed at mercy by a demanding client/customer (I am talking bout the ones that will not be reasonable), the best thing to do is tell them to fuck off to the competitor.

Ohk so its more just a product of idolising the top people in the fields you enjoy... I get it...

Sort of like if I was in to soccer and the top athletes where italian or something like that.

How does that explain your idolising of the black actors like Wesley Snipes? Because he has not much to do with your aforementioned hobbies i.e. rap music and basketball. If anything he is just a successful black man. My question remains...

I think you are wrong..You cant make everyone happy and yes some customers are plain assholes but you should keep your cool and just smile..Telling them to "fuck off to the competitor" shows you really shouldnt be in a job that relys on customers/clients to pay the bills..

Customer service = the quickest, most effective way to learn about and develop an incredible contempt for the stupidity that people are capable of

Here's an example of that stupidity:

A long time ago I bartended at a restaurant. We used to keep small candles in a glass on the tables. Some idiot woman had her pocketbook burned because she placed next to a candle. Unable to accept responsibility for her stupidity, she tried to get the restaurant to pay for the pocketbook. The manager told her, "It's not the restaurant's obligation to tell you that a lit candle is hot."

The customer is NOT always right.

What would you do...

Went to Best Buy to buy a bluetooth they said they price matched from tigerdirect. When i got to the sore one sales girl asked if she could help. Told her i called ahead and asked to price match a bluetooth. She said pick out the one you wanted and she would ring it up. Gave her the ad i printed out and another sales guy walks up. He looks at the ad and says "can I help you bruh".
I can sense the bullshit a mile away and said she's helping me and i called ahead about the price match. He starts in about how the one I wanted was inferior and there were others in "my price range" if I wanted to buy. I took my ad back put the bluetooth back on the shelf and proceeds to walk out. He runs me down and says again how the other was better. I took the bluetooh back off the shelf stuck it in his face and said "this is the one I'm buying" and you do'nt tell me what i can and can't buy"..

He says it's not there policy to price match like that. I said not my problem and I'ts not THE CUSTOMERS obligation to ask either. Long story short I walked away because if I had blasted him in the mouth it would be on camera and lord knows i wanted to. I cxalled back to the store and explained the situation to a store manager and she acted as if i fucked her day of doing nothing by complaining. So no, the Customer is not always right...
pargraphs please..

I agree..
There are some terrible employers out there and that has a roll on effect to there staff.

The problem with bad customer service is it doesnt stop there..if you give poor service to one person that person will go away and relay that to another 11 people on average according to studies and those 11 people will also give that feed back onto a load more people..

If you get a cuntox customer just suck it up and do your best or like Okami says hire fine assed hoes..they maybe stupid and give terrible service but at least you will get a good blowjob out of it  ;D

i really doubt that, i think those studies are bullshit, when myself and girl or a few mates go for dinner at a restaraunt and get bad service the last i do it send mass emails or text messages to friends and families to avoid the place, of course there a deranged people who make an effort to go out of there way to tell people how awful you are, but im sure the people she is telling know she is fucked up.

my theory is to attract cleints that are going to be happy, and to fuck off the complaining girls, all businesses have them, you really have to expend heaps of energy to make a unhappy client/customer happy, it is not worth it.

at the same time some employees are fucken useless, so u need to hear both sides of the story.
