Vegas is such a great place. Great gyms. Lots of really good places to eat late night for cheap. Seems like every weekend there is something going on out there.

Yep, I train a couple of the Golds.  Suprisingly it was pretty busy on the strip for a Sunday night.

How strict are you diet wise?

I'm staying in caloric deficit, getting a decent amount of protein.  Other than that I eat just about anything I want.

Right now, not too strict. I guess you could say i am bulking.

Pretty much just keep the protein high, cut out the carbs after training. I don't mind eating clean though.....

Same here, I was kind of raised to eat clean so it doesn't bother me.

Do you have any special training philosophy webcke?  ???

I guess you could call it power-building. Reps between 5-8, 3 sets per exercise, 3-4 exercises per bodypart.

Right now i am currently doing my last week of higher volume work, just to change it up a bit. Next week i will get back the other way.

Nothing special really, but i like it.

Cool

That sounds like my training pretty much.  I like to do it Max-OT style.  I respond really well to that.

Going as heavy as you can to get between 4 and 6 reps, 6 to 9 sets... Very good warm up technique, brief (30 minute usually) but very hard hitting workout.

Yes Sir.  Born and raised.  Left for 10 years because of the Air Force but now am back.

I've only been to Vegas a couple times but I enjoyed it.  I actually preferred the downtown/Fremont area but I had a strange enjoyment of that tiny "Slots Of Fun" casino next to Circus Circus.  Maybe it was the $0.99 beer and $0.25 footlong hotdogs...of course, that was years ago and I don't do the beer or hot dogs anymore.

10 years in the Air Force...well served.  I did a 3 year hitch in the Army but often regret not going AF and learning a useful trade instead.

Add that with some marshmellow dip too, all syrups being calorie free

I understand not showing off your hair. With Aryan brothers like Wolf and Cutler rocking awesome locks, most hair is shit in comparison.
