I used to lay out and tan all the time, every spring/ summer, since I was a kid.. gave that up totally about 5 years ago. another reason why I havent been competing, very reluctant to tan, torture my skin. (not getting any younger!!!) protan doesnt cut it on pale skin either, just looks orange. :-\

i dont use the drugs. maybe everyone else does, i dunno. I just never have. which is why competition has never been a big success for me... and that unless i do i'll be spinning my wheels, i know. I got to a certain point and couldnt improve. ( i could only get so lean, and could never achieve a hard look, looking back now its a blessing) I can diet, i have an incredible & consistent work ethic in the gym... for the last 13 years nonstop.
there was a time when I thought about it, when I was competing alot and looking at the national level scene. I did research and educated myself on the options available...however realized the self experimentation simply was never worth it. not to mention being scared of needles. i couldnt bring myself to it. for what???
training alone will not virilise you. so i will stick with that. :)
i realized a few years ago that its just a hobby... that i love working out and leave it at that.

interesting.. none of the girls I know running hgh report anything like that (structure changes.. weird growths). and I've seen women run low dose primo without any problems at all.
they did dramatically alter their body composition in a positive way though.. and increased the beauty of their hair, skin.. the strength of their nails.
I see a whole LOT of positive benefits.. and none of the bad things you mentioned.
but women I know *properly* use these compounds.. you can find dumb fucks out there.. doing everything wrong.

Here's something you can try: when you do your inclines try and keep you elbows tight to the bench and your head up, when you do the rep try and keep your pinkies higher than your thumbs and the bottom of the rep, let your arms hang dead and rotate the dumbells....letting you bi's uncontract 1oo% before do the next rep. On the next set hunch up your shoulders and flare your elbows a little working the outside a little more, and always let your arms just hang at the bottom
For Tris try doing your close grips on a decline, you can handle more weight with less stress on the elbows and wrists
When i tried this i put 3 inches on my arms in 45 minutes

I havent been to an all black club since i was 18...someone got shot.....ever since...i only go to mixed clubs. He's a well spoken guy and all that. Anything looks good if you're well kept, and honestly, it could be a great way to set yourself apart.
How cool would it be to walk into a meeting with dreads wearing a $2000.00 suit, Alen Edmond's shoes and a pocket square - haha.
