a commercial grade life-fitness treadmill
a commercial grade icarian decline/ab bench

to the side of me i have a powerblock set- 90lbs that i use for SL deadlifts sometimes.

OK, I get that part but as a woman you have to use drugs that could potentiall virilise you permanently without the reversal. That part I don't get.

i dont use the drugs. maybe everyone else does, i dunno. I just never have. which is why competition has never been a big success for me... and that unless i do i'll be spinning my wheels, i know. I got to a certain point and couldnt improve. ( i could only get so lean, and could never achieve a hard look, looking back now its a blessing) I can diet, i have an incredible & consistent work ethic in the gym... for the last 13 years nonstop.
there was a time when I thought about it, when I was competing alot and looking at the national level scene. I did research and educated myself on the options available...however realized the self experimentation simply was never worth it. not to mention being scared of needles. i couldnt bring myself to it. for what???

training alone will not virilise you. so i will stick with that.

i realized a few years ago that its just a hobby... that i love working out and leave it at that.
