Since I highly respect his oppinion as many do, there are also people who don't believe his assesements
I am one of the most open guys on this board about what I took and when
I will post a pic from when I was 18... I believe , and gh15 ca tell me if I was nattie or if I used, what I used
I will then state if I was nattie or used something after his response
my diet was french fries and chicken drums 4 times a day fried in oil 4 times daily
I am 5'11" 1/2 and in that pic I was weighing around 82 kg

I was benching around 110 kg's for 4 reps
I did not bench much as it did nada for my chest as u can see

sev what do you recomment for chest?
I have Lee;s syndrome you know, narrow chest with not much thickness...

first : preexhaustion w/ flies, pec deck, cables then pressing ( dumbells or better : machine )
also train chest by itself
have you ever tried training chest exclusively w/ isolation exercises ?
I did ...it's muuuch better
for a while : flies, pec dec, cables
4 sets x 12 reps each exercise, 20 sec rest between sets and 1 minute between exercises , 4 exercises total ...shouldn't take you more than 25 minutes tops
finish with deep dips
have someone help you strech the chest/bicep tie in fascia between dip sets

i think im gonna try preexaustion...
you know when i workout my chest gets very pumped and looks very good and pops out, but when relaxed at home fpr example its a mess....flat as fuck. :'( probably the bodypart i must emphasise on improving.

Meal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutter
Meal 4 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
Meal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB
Meal 6 6 whole eggs

yes ... I did not use anything to get there but train and eat ( not very bb like diet )
My upper limit is 180 lbs @ 10 % without anything
And yes I consider myself a genetically superior as far as response to training and hormones
