sev what do you recomment for chest?
I have Lee;s syndrome you know, narrow chest with not much thickness...
first : preexhaustion w/ flies, pec deck, cables then pressing ( dumbells or better : machine )
also train chest by itself
have you ever tried training chest exclusively w/ isolation exercises ?
I did ...it's muuuch better
for a while : flies, pec dec, cables
4 sets x 12 reps each exercise, 20 sec rest between sets and 1 minute between exercises , 4 exercises total ...shouldn't take you more than 25 minutes tops
finish with deep dips
have someone help you strech the chest/bicep tie in fascia between dip sets
